Happy Monday, friends! Today, I wanted to share a quick OOTD featuring a sweater from Urban Outfitters. It’s comfy, quirky, and I’ve been wearing it all winter!
Monochromatic looks have always had a special place in my heart, but instead of the typical black and white, I threw on my best in beige.
Let’s be real. There are two kinds of people in the world– the ones who start their holiday shopping a month before Christmas and the ones who start a week before (or even a day before!). I know I’m totally late on doing a Holiday Gift Guide, but I’m sure this post will be helpful to those who have literally waited until the very last minute to shop, or perhaps you’re looking for a something extra to complete a gift. Either way, most of these gifts only require a quick trip to Target, the mall (if you feel like braving the crowds), or a few simple clicks on the net. I’ll try to keep this post short, sweet, and to the point so that you’ll have plenty to time to finish your shopping. 🙂
Outfitting is easy when you stick to a neutral color palette. By doing this, you can experiment with different textures and pair together pieces you typically wouldn’t have before. If you’re experiencing a mild Autumn, this cropped & cozy look would be perfect; however, if you’re in a colder climate, you could opt for a bodysuit or a nice thermal underneath!
Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite things to do with fashion– mixing edgy pieces with more feminine pieces. This type of juxtaposition has been done several times. Sure, it may seem overdone throughout the blogosphere, but this is a combination that I find the most joy when styling outfits! Pleather and plaid. Everyone loves a good alliteration, right? 🙂
